What should the client expect?

A session usually lasts for about forty minutes to an hour. The client takes off their shoes
and socks and may be either sitting or lying down. I use a light touch to massage the spinal reflex points in the feet, hands and head. This is a general technique and doesn't require specific information about the client's condition or background, although often people like to share this during a session. Clients generally experience a sensation of relaxation or release, and there can be subtler effects following over a period of a day or two which may include emotional upset. This is because Metamorphic Technique enables people to clear old patterns of behaviour- which may involve personal issues coming to the surface.
