In
a world that is is putting increasing demands on our lives, life coaching
is becoming increasingly popular. In terms of personal achievement it
is difficult, for some people, to identify personal values, set targets
and then go about achieving them.
Nikki uses her counselling and stress therapy experience to help clients
deal with day to day issues and enable them to move forward in life. It's
important for people to recognise what's really important to them, where
their personal success actually lies and how they go about achieving a
balance in life- between work and home, stress and relaxation, where they
are and where they want to be. Life coaching helps this process through
raising awareness and securing responsibility for personal change.
